Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation Director
NANCY D. DOYLE, MPT
Nancy Doyle attended Texas A&M University for three years, then completed her studies at UTMB Galveston to receive her Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree. She became licensed in Physical Therapy in 1996 and practiced for over six years in numerous facilities providing care to humans. She joined the Veterinary world in 2002 to create and develop the Rehabilitation program at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in Houston, Texas, one of the first specialty animal rehabilitation practices in the nation. After developing the practice at GCVS for 16 years, Nancy relocated to the Texas hill country to establish the Rehabilitation practice at Allure Integrated Pet Specialists, finding new professional challenges and the joys of seamlessly combining her skills with equally talented individuals specializing in Eastern and Western treatments.
In her time away from work, Nancy is still focused on dogs! Nancy actively trains and competes with her personal dogs in multiple sports including agility, rally obedience, nosework, and conformation. This has given her unique insight into the demands our canine athletes experience and how to help them maintain top physical conditioning or return to sport post injury or surgery. She also has learned how to implement training techniques and apply theories of learning to help beloved family pets learn new tasks to maximize their happy participation in Rehabilitation.
Integrative Services (Chiropractic Care)
TERESA FRANSIK, DVM
Dr. Fransik is a passionate believer in the health and wellness of people and their pets. She was trained as a traditional veterinarian and graduated from Texas A & M College of Veterinary Medicine. After an incident in 1998 with her beloved dachshund, Becky, she quickly discovered the value of chiropractic medicine when her own personal Chiropractor eliminated Becky’s severe neck pain. At the time, the laws of Texas would not allow for chiropractic adjustments of pets by veterinarians; however, years later when Dr Michelle Bammel suggested that she go back to school to get certified in Animal Chiropractic by AVCA, Dr Fransik was all in.
Dr Fransik loves helping her patients by providing gentle and accurate manipulation therapies of chiropractic adjustments and myofascial release to provide immediate and long-term release of muscle tension and pain. Her patients love to come in for their regular adjustments.
Dr Fransik loves to hike with her husband, David. Since Texas does not have large elevation changes, they spend most of their time training for their next big hike in a new and beautiful location. She is also currently training to become a Certified Life and Weight Loss Coach.

Dr. Amanda Massey
Meet Dr. Amanda Massey! As an undergrad, Amanda studied Biomedical Science and Wildlife and Fishery Science at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Gig ‘em Aggies! She sustained a debilitating back injury while playing for the Aggie Polo Team and was unable to ride or do team workouts. Fortunately, she was able to find a local chiropractor with a shared love for horses who was able to treat her.
Within a few weeks of treatments, Amanda was back in the saddle and competing in the National Intercollegiate Tournament for Texas A&M. This experience, along with seeing the benefit of chiropractic care for her equine athletes, is what inspired her to become a chiropractor for humans and animals. While studying at Parker University, she obtained her post doctoral AVCA certification to treat animals with chiropractic.
Her specialty is the prevention and treatment of injuries to extremities with chiropractic adjustments, fascial distortion model, and cold laser therapy. She is well known throughout central Texas for cutting recovery time in half for soft tissue injuries with athletes, humans and animals alike.
In Dr. Massey’s free time she is an avid equestrian, lake enthusiast, eater of eclectic foods, and a world traveler.
Dr. Massey will be seeing small animal patients at Allure on Friday mornings (9am to 1pm) starting March 3rd, 2023. A veterinary referral is required prior to scheduling the appointment. This referral can be obtained online or by calling the office.
